Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using RecruitRadar.

Agreement

By accessing or using recruitradar.app you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Definitions

  • Service refers to the RecruitRadar platform at https://recruitradar.app
  • Company refers to RecruitRadar
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service

Use of the Service

You must be 13 or older to create an account. Users under 18 must have parental permission to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any purpose other than managing your own college athletic recruiting process
  • Scrape, harvest, copy, or redistribute any data from the Service by any means, automated or manual
  • Use coach contact information obtained through the Service for any purpose other than direct recruiting outreach on behalf of your student-athlete
  • Sell, sublicense, or share your account credentials or any data obtained through the Service with third parties
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its underlying infrastructure
  • Use the Service to build a competing product or service
  • Reverse engineer any part of the Service
  • Misuse coach contact information obtained through the Service

Subscriptions and Billing

RecruitRadar offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription billed monthly. Payments are processed by Stripe.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no refunds are issued for partial months.

We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice.

Data Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to keep coaching roster and contact data current. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any data in the Service. Coaching staffs change frequently and information may occasionally be out of date.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code comprising the Service is owned by RecruitRadar and may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RecruitRadar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific result will be achieved through use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or notice on the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
