Common questions
How do I reset my password?
On the login page, click "Forgot password" and enter your email address. You will receive a reset link within a few minutes.
How do I upgrade to Pro?
Log in to your account and go to the Upgrade page. You will be taken to a secure Stripe checkout to complete your subscription.
How do I cancel my Pro subscription?
Go to Settings in your account and click "Manage billing." You can cancel anytime — your Pro access continues through the end of the current billing period.
Why is a coach contact missing or incorrect?
Coaching data is updated regularly but changes can happen quickly. If you spot something outdated, email us at support@recruitradar.app and we will look into it.
How do I share my athlete profile with a coach?
Go to your athlete profile page and click "Share." You can generate a link to send directly to a coach, and you will be notified when they view it.
What sports are currently available?
Men's basketball is live now. More sports are on the roadmap — follow us at @RecruitRadarHQ for updates.
