This Privacy Policy describes how RecruitRadar (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use recruitradar.app and the RecruitRadar platform.

Definitions

Service refers to the RecruitRadar platform, accessible at https://recruitradar.app
You means the individual accessing or using the Service
Personal Data means any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual
Usage Data refers to data collected automatically when you use the Service

Data We Collect

Account Data

When you create an account we collect your email address and any profile information you choose to provide, including your athlete’s name, profile image, graduation year, GPA, test scores, high school information, location, height, weight, email, phone number, social media profiles, highlight video, stats, and awards. Only email address is required, other data is optional.

Usage Data

We capture logs as part of providing the Service including IP address and pages requested as part of normal operations. This data is not used by us to identify or track individual users.

Payment Data

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. We retain your Stripe customer ID to manage your subscription.

To send email notifications about coaching staff changes at schools you track
To manage your subscription and process payments
To respond to support requests
To generate a profile page for sharing

Email Notifications

If you have opted in, we send daily digest emails summarizing coaching changes at your tracked schools. You can disable these at any time in your account settings.

We do not sell your personal data. If you choose to utilize the feature, we share your information via a profile page. You control what information is shared and who to share the profile link with.

Each provider processes data only as necessary to deliver the Service.

Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@recruitradar.app.

Security

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and row-level security on our database. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will remove it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
